REF.: DIVIDEND PAYMENT
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph of article 10” of Law N*
18.045 on the Securities Market, and the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20.712,
being duly empowered to do so, I hereby come to communicate to you, in
essential factual nature, related to the BIF IV Infrastructure Singular Investment Fund
(“the Fund”), the following:
The distribution as a dividend of the sum of U$S 997,575.14, charged to the results
of fiscal year 2022.
The distribution and payment of this dividend will be paid on January 16, 2023, to those Contributors
of the Fund that appear in the respective registry, at midnight of the fifth working day
prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments held by them to date,
mentioned above.
The payment of the dividend corresponding to each Contributor will be made by depositing in
checking account or electronic transfer, as previously instructed by the Contributors.
