On December 26, 2022, a placement of commercial instruments was carried out
dematerialized and bearer of BICECORP in the local market, which are registered
in the Securities Register of the Commission for the Financial Market under number 103 dated
22 July 2014.
The specific conditions of the placement were as follows: Trade Effects
SNBECP070323 for a total amount of MM$ 5,000, with maturity date March 7, 2023,
at an average placement rate of 0.99% (zero point ninety-nine percent) per month.
