On October 14, 2022, a placement of dematerialized commercial instruments was carried out
and the bearer of BICECORP in the local market, which are registered in the Registry of
Securities of the Commission for the Financial Market under number 103 dated July 22, 2014.
The specific conditions of the placement were as follows: Trade Effects
SNBECP070323 for a total amount of MM$ 10,000, with maturity date December 14,
2022, at an average placement rate of 0.995% (zero point nine hundred and ninety-five per
hundred) monthly.
