Ref.: Essential Fact / Resolutions Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
Dear Sir or Madam:
By means of and in accordance with those indicated in articles 9? and 10 of Law No. 18.045,
on the Securities Market, and in Chapter 18-10 of the Updated Collection of Standards of this
Commission, I have come to communicate to you, as an essential fact, the following agreements
adopted by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of BICE Inversiones Corredores de Bolsa S.A. (the
“Company”), held on April 12, 2023:

The Board approved the Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and Report of the Auditors
External information relating to the year ended 31 December 2022.
The Meeting agreed to appoint as directors of the Company Mr. Pablo Jerez Hanckes,
Marcelo Clemente Cortés and Cornelio Saavedra Correa.
The Board agreed to the distribution of a dividend of $1,670.971592562 per share, to be paid to
from May 10, 2023, to the holders of shares registered in the Registry of
Shareholders at midnight on the 5th? business day prior to such payment date.
The Board agreed to designate PricewaterhouseCoopers Consultores Auditores SpA as a
external audit of the Company for the financial year 2023. The Board also agreed that the
Appointment shall be subject to the condition that such entity is also designated as an undertaking
of external auditors, by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Banco BICE that
will be held on April 19, 2023.
The Board agreed not to pay remuneration to Directors in connection with the functions of
his position during the year 2023.
The transactions referred to in Article 147 of Law N? 18.046.
