Regarding the collective investment vehicles VanEck Russia ETF and VanEck Russia Small Cap ETF
belonging to VanEck ETF Trust, I hereby request that you cancel your registration with the
Registry of Foreign Securities of said Commission.
The foregoing, by virtue of the fact that the Board of Trustees has unanimously approved the termination and liquidation
of these vehicles in view of the international situation affecting the Russian capital market.
In view of the extraordinary circumstances underlying the decision taken, the decision is requested
Commission to cancel your registration immediately.
The Supplements to the Prospectuses and Summary Prospectuses, as well as that corresponding to the Statement
of Additional information notifying of such decision is available at
