Dear Sir or Madam:
By means and in accordance with the provisions of letter A. a) of Section II
of General Standard No. 486 and numeral 5.1.7 of Section IV of the Standard
General Character N”30, both of this Commission for the Financial Market, I come in
inform you, as an Essential Fact relating to Banco BICE, that on 2
May 2023 The following placements of dematerialised bonds were made and at
Carrier in the local market:
– Mnemonic bonds BBIC820422 for a total amount of $2,000,000,000, dated
maturity April 01, 2029, at an average placement rate of 6.65%. These
bonds are registered in the Securities Registry of the CMF under number 05/2022
dated May 31, 2022.
– Mnemonic bonds BBIC861222 for a total amount of UF 300,000, dated
maturity December 1, 2033, at an average placement rate of 2.855%.
These bonds are registered in the Securities Registry of the CMF under the number
02/2023 dated February 21, 2023.
