Ref.: Essential Fact / First Issue Bond Placement.
Dear Sir or Madam:
By means and in accordance with the provisions of letter A. a) of Section II
of the General Standard N? 486 and numeral 5.1.7 of Section IV of the Standard of
General Character N? 30, both from this Commission for the Financial Market, I come in
inform you, as an Essential Fact relating to Banco BICE, of the following:
On March 30, 2023, a placement of dematerialized bonds was carried out and at the
bearer of Banco BICE in the local market, registered in the Securities Registry of the CMF
under number 02/2023 dated February 21, 2023.
The specific terms of the placement were as follows:
+ BBIC861222 bonds for a total amount of 400,000 UF, with maturity date 1
of December 2033, at an average placement rate of 2.625%.
