I hereby come to inform you, as a relative Essential Fact.
a BICE Bank, as follows:
On December 16, 2022, a placement of subordinated bonds was carried out
dematerialized and bearer of Banco BICE in the local market, registered in the Registry
of values of the CMF under number 3/2020 dated March 6, 2020.
The specific terms of the placement were as follows:
– UBICS70120 bonds for a total amount of 1,000,000 UF, with maturity date 1
of January 2035, at an average placement rate of 2.88% (two point eighty and
eight percent).
