Ref: Essential Fact / Communicates Result of Voluntary Early Redemption Option
by the Series 59 Bond Issuer.
Dear Sir or Madam:
By hereby and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 9? and 10″ subsection 29
of Law N* 18.045, on the Securities Market, and General Rule N* 30, of this
Commission for the Financial Market, I come to inform you, as a Fact
Essential relating to BICE Bank, the following:
With this same date, the early redemption option procedure has ended
voluntary offered by Banco BICE, under the terms of Article 130 of Law No. 18,045,
of the Stock Market, to all holders of Series 59 bonds, registered under the N?
8/2014 of the Securities Registry of the Commission for the Financial Market. This option
was informed through notices published in the newspaper El Mercurio of Santiago, on the 28th
of October and November 2, 2022.
The option was valid on November 2 and 3, 2022, for the total of the Series bonds
59 in circulation, whose outstanding capital corresponded, at the beginning of the option, to UF 5,000,000.
Banco BICE redeemed Series 59 bonds for a total amount of UF 1,838,000 for
capital insoluto.
