Dear Sir or Madam:
By hereby and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 9? and 10″ subsection 29
of Law N*18.045, on the Securities Market, and General Rule N*30 of the
Commission for the Financial Market, I come to inform you, as a Fact
Essential relating to BICE Bank, the following:
On this same date, Banco BICE published in the newspaper El Mercurio of Santiago, a notice
by which it informs the voluntary early redemption offer to all holders of
Series 59 bonds, registered under N*8/2014 of the Securities Registry of the Commission for
the Financial Market, for the total of bonds currently in circulation, whose unpaid capital
corresponds to 5,000,000 Development Units, all in accordance with the provisions of the
Article 130 of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market. The form, dates and conditions of
the early redemption offer for the Series 59 Notes is detailed in the notice above,

VOLUNTARY EARLY REDEMPTION OPTION BY THE ISSUER
BUYBACK OFFER
OF DEMATERIALIZED BEARER BONDS “SERIES 59”
(Registered under N* 8/2014 in the Securities Registry
of the Commission for the Financial Market)
Banco BICE, a public limited company of bank drafting, subject to the supervision of the Commission for the
Mercado Financiero (“CMF”), R.U.T. N*97.080.000-K, with address at Avenida Apoquindo N* 3846,
commune of Las Condes, Metropolitan Region, informs holders of bank bonds desma-
Bearer of Series 59 (the “Series 59 Bonds”), registered in the Securities Registry of the
CMF, dated June 6, 2014, which offers a voluntary early redemption option by the
all Series 59 Notes (the “Issuer Voluntary Redemption Option”). This offer
(the “Offer”) is made on the same terms as all holders of Series 59 Notes, in the
terms of this notice and in accordance with the provisions of Article 130 of Law No. 18,045, of
Stock Market.
The bond issuance agreement for the Series 59 Bonds was signed between Banco BICE and Banco Security,
as representative of the bondholders, by public deed granted at the Notary of
Santiago de don Francisco Javier Leiva Carvajal dated April 14, 2014, under the Repertoire N?
8006-2014. The nominal amount of principal due on the Series 59 Notes amounts to the sum of UF
5,000,000 (five million Development Units), with a total of 5,000 (five thousand) Series 59 Bonds and
a nominal value of each Series 59 Bond of UF 1,000 (one thousand Development Units). The interest rate of
Series 59 Bonds is 3.00% (three percent) per annum. The maturity date of the Series 59 Notes
is the 1? March 2024.
The early redemption of the Series 59 Bonds will be carried out through Bice Inversiones Corredores de Bolsa
S.A. (the “Offering Agent”), according to the terms and conditions indicated below:
1. The Voluntary Redemption Option by the Issuer is offered under identical conditions to all
holders of Series 59 Bonds and is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 130 of the Law of
Stock Market.
2. The Issuer’s Voluntary Redemption Option is made for all Series 59 Notes
currently outstanding, corresponding to a total amount of unpaid capital of
up to UF 5,000,000 (five million Development Units).
3. This Offer will be made through the computer system of automatic matching of firm offers
(Telerenta) of the Santiago Stock Exchange, Bolsa de Valores (the “Stock Exchange”), and will be
In force each of the days November 2, 2022 and November 3, 2022, within the
operating hours of the Telerenta system, that is, from 09:00 to 16:00 hours,
for each day of validity of the Offer.
4. Series 59 Bonds that are voluntarily redeemed will be subject to the condition of
settlement “payable tomorrow” (PM), proceeding the settlement the next working day of made
each trade (the “Redemption Date”).
5. Series 59 Bonds will be redeemed at the value resulting from using the instrument valuation system
of fixed income of the computer system of the Stock Exchange, according to the nominal value of each Bond
Series 59 to be rescued, to apply a discount rate of 4.78%.
6. Series 59 Bonds that are voluntarily redeemed must be free of any
encumbrance, prohibition, attachment, litigation, precautionary measure, suspensive or resolutory condition,
preferential right of third party, real or personal right in favor of third parties and, in general, of any
other circumstance that prevents or limits its free assignment or transfer.
7. Banco BICE may modify the terms of this Voluntary Redemption Option by the Issuer at
any time, before 08:30 hours on November 2, 2022, by means of a notice
published on the website of Banco BICE (https://www.bancobice.cl/) [as well as on the website of the
Offering Agent (https://inversiones.bice.cl/)].
