Dear Sir or Madam:
By means and in accordance with the provisions of letter A. a) of Section II
of General Standard No. 486 and numeral 5.1.7 of Section IV of the Standard
General Character N*30, both of this Commission for the Financial Market, I come in
inform you, as an Essential Fact relating to Banco BICE, of the following:
On September 1, 2022, a placement of dematerialized bonds was carried out and
to the bearer of Banco BICE in the local market, registered in the Securities Registry of the CMF
under number 4/2022 dated May 18, 2022.
The specific terms of the placement were as follows:
– Bonds BBIC830322 for a total amount of 320,000 UF, with maturity date 1 of
March 2033, at an average placement rate of 2.705% (two point seven zero five
percent).
