Ref.: Essential Fact / Dividend Distribution.
Dear Sir or Madam:
By means of and in accordance with the provisions of articles 9? and 10? of Law N?
18.045, on the Securities Market, and in Chapter 18-10 of the Updated Collection of
Rules of this Commission, I have come to inform you, as an essential fact, that in
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Banco BICE (the “Company”), held on April 20,
2022, it was agreed to distribute, a definitive dividend of $532.69 per share.
This final dividend totals the sum of Ch$31,539,344,919, which implies distributing as
Dividend 30% of net profits for the year.
The dividend will be paid as of April 28, 2022 to shareholders registered in the
Registration of Shareholders of the Company on the fifth (5) business day prior to the established date
for payment.
Finally, the shareholders who consider it appropriate, may express their option to avail themselves of the case.
in whole or part of its dividend to the optional and transitory taxation regime that it contemplates
the payment of a tax in lieu of final taxes on the amount of dividends,
called ISFUT, in accordance with the provisions of transitory article 25 of Law N?
21.210, option that can be exercised until April 25, 2022, at 2:00 p.m.,
following the instructions of the instructions for payment and ISFUT form that are found
published on the website https://banco.bice.cl/personas/documentacion-interes/gobierno-
