In compliance with the provisions of Article 9? and second paragraph of article 10″ of Law 18,045, in the
General Rule N* 30, duly authorized for this purpose, I come to inform the following as
in fact essential with respect to the Company:
At the Board Meeting of this Company, held on March 31, 2023, it was agreed to convene a Board of Directors.
Ordinary Shareholders, for April 26, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. on Avenida Isidora Goyenechea
N? 2800, 50th floor, commune of Las Condes, city of Santiago, in order to deal with the following matters:
a) Approval of the financial statements, balance sheet and annual report for the year ended 31
December 2022, and the corresponding opinion and report of the external auditors.
b) Pronouncement on dividends.
c) Dividend policy.
(d) Directors’ remuneration.
e) Appointment of External Auditors for the financial year 2023.
f) Determination of the electronic newspaper or journal where the publications of the
society.
g) Account of the resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors to approve operations referred to in the
Title XVI of Law No. 18,046, on related operations.
h) To deal with all other matters within its competence.
At the aforementioned board meeting, it was agreed that the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting will be held in a
Face.
