From our consideration:
By means of the hereby, and in accordance with the provisions of article 9 and paragraph 2* of article 10
of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and the instructions contained in the General Standard
N*30 of the Commission for the Financial Market (the “CMF”), being duly empowered,
I inform you as an essential fact of Betlan Dos S.A. (the “Company”) of the following:
By virtue of an essential fact of the Company sent to the CMF on August 18,
reported that at the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of Inversiones HS SpA (a subsidiary of 100% of
Betlan Dos S.A.), held on August 16, 2022, a capital decrease was agreed.
With this date and by reducing the minutes of said Meeting to a public deed, the administration realized
an error of inadvertent transcription of the final figures of the decrease in capital of the subsidiary, which are
They correct by the present essential fact. In short, the decrease in capital of Inversiones HS SpA
was for the amount of $ 102,400,813,103, with the consequent elimination of 12,790,171 shares remaining, in
Consequently, the statutory share capital set at the sum of Ch$50,186,897 divided into 15,934 shares
nominative, without nominal value and of the same series.
As reported in the essential event of last August, the decrease in capital of
our subsidiary Inversiones HS SpA, does not produce material financial effects on the Company, since
will be made through the assignment of accounts receivable held by Inversiones HS SpA.
