By means of the present, and in accordance with the provisions of article 9 and paragraph 2″ of the
Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and the instructions contained in the Standard
of General Character N*30 of the Commission for the Financial Market (the “CMF”), finding me
duly authorized, I communicate to you as an essential fact of Betlan Dos S.A. (“the
“Company”) the following:
At the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Inversiones HS SpA (100% subsidiary)
of Betlan Dos S.A.), held on August 17, 2022, agreed to the capital decrease of
Inversiones HS SpA in the sum of Ch$101,026,181,619, the capital being fixed in the sum of
$1,424,818,381.
Given that Inversiones HS SpA is 100% controlled by the Company, with which
consolidates, the reported capital decrease will not have financial effects for me
