From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of section V.A. of General Standard number 275
issued by that Superintendence on January 19, 2010, now Commission for the Market
Financial, we report the following relevant fact in relation to BDO Auditores 8: Consultores Limitada,
single tax role N2 77.548.780-1, registered in the Register of External Audit Companies under N2
10 (“BDO”).
1. On December 26, 2022, the public deed has been signed through which
formalizes the departure of the partners Heraldo Hetz Vorpahl and Don Moisés Crisóstomo Macchiavello from the
BDO company. Once the corresponding registration and publication process has been completed, they will be
forwarded the background to your Commission
2. In the same way, in the document individualized in the previous numeral, the
incorporation as a partner of BDO, of the company NEW CO SERVICIOS PROFESIONALES LIMITADA.
As in the previous case, once the registration and publication process has been completed
corresponding, the background will be sent to your Commission
3. In addition to the changes reported above, the new shares and social rights
of BDO, are as follows:
