From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of section V, letter A, of General Standard 275 of date
January 19, 2010 from that Commission, we report the following essential facts:
1.- After completing the transitional admission process, they have been incorporated as Statutory Partners
of BDO Mrs. Andrea Filipini Montenegro and Mr. Pedro Scott Martinez. Mrs. Filipini
serves as a Partner in the tax area, Mr. Scott serves as a Partner in the tax area.
Audit.
The incorporation of Mrs. Filipini and Mr. Scott was formalized by modification of the statutes
BDO, a copy of which and additional background information are attached hereto.
We note that Mr. Scott’s personal background required by the Character Standard
General already mentioned, will be forwarded through the office of parties of that commission. On that occasion
we will request the incorporation of Mr. Scott to the register of members authorized to direct, drive and
