At the Company’s Board of Directors Meeting, held on January 23,
It was agreed to appoint Mr. Mario Gazitua Swett as
Executive Vice President of the Company, a position he assumes from this
date.
The Board of Directors also agreed to appoint Mr. Rodrigo Heredia.
Peña as the new General Manager of the Company, a position he assumes
from this date.
