At an Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors held on December 02, 2022, the
The Board of Directors of the Company agreed to pay a provisional dividend of Ch$6,735,000,000.-

of the year 2022. This dividend corresponds to 30% of the profits of the

2022.
