That on January 3 of this year, Mr. Roberto Haramboure Galaz, who was
served as Manager of Finance, Administration and People Management,
has left the position of People Management Manager, maintaining his functions
as Finance and Administration Manager. From that same date the lady
Marcela Soto Santis has assumed the position of People Management Manager of the
Company.
Also, as of January 3, Mr. Luis Wanner Birchmeier has
submitted his resignation from the position of Operations Manager of the Company, which
is in charge of Mr. Jolyon Abello Bottomley, Transformation Manager and
Services.
