Dear Sir or Madam:
In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 of
Securities Market, Circular No. 662 of the Commission for the Market
Financial (formerly Superintendence of Securities and Insurance) and other regulations
pertinent, I inform you, on behalf of BCI Seguros Generales S.A.,
as set out below (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), as a matter of fact
essential, that in regular meeting of the Board of Directors held on December 22
of 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company approved the new Regularity Policy in
Operations with Related Parties, which will be understood as ordinary in
consideration of the social line for the purposes of article 147 letter b), of the Law
18.046 on Corporations. This new General Regularity Policy
It will take effect from this date, and replaces the one that was in force with
anteriority.
Attached to this essential fact is a copy of the General Policy of
Regularity approved by the Board of Directors, which will be available to the
shareholders at the Company’s offices and on the www.bciseguros.com website.
