Madam President:
In compliance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of the
Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, and in accordance with the information standards
contained in Commission General Standard No 30 for the
Financial Market (CMF), we communicate to you as an essential fact, that in Board
BC Shareholders’ Ordinary! Corredor de Bolsa S.A., hereinafter the Company,
Held on March 28, the following agreements were adopted:
1.- The Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and Report of the
External Auditors for the year from 1 January to 31
December 2022.
2.- It was agreed to distribute dividends charged to the profits of the year 2022, for a
Value of $21,165,795,165.
3.- It was agreed to maintain the remuneration of the Directors of the Company.
4.- KPMG was appointed as External Auditors for the year 2023
Auditores Consultores SpA.
6.- The newspaper “El Mercurio de Santiago” was designated to carry out the publications
legal laws to be carried out by the Company.
