Dear Sir or Madam:
By means of the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in accordance with the provisions of letter A.a) of Section II of General Standard No. 486 and numeral 5.1.7 of Section IV of General Standard No. 30, both of the Commission for the Financial Market, we inform you, as an essential fact, that with this date a partial placement of bonds in the local market, dematerialized and bearer, registered in the Securities Registry of the Commission for the Financial Market, under official letter No. 20190002 dated 10/11/2022.
The specific conditions of the placements were as follows: Sub-Series “T5” Bonds of Series “T”, Code BBCIT50223, for a total amount of CLP 10,500,000,000 (ten thousand five hundred million pesos), with maturity date February 1, 2031, at an average placement rate of 6.58% (six point fifty-eight percent).
