Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in accordance with the provisions of letter A.a) of Section II of General Standard No. 486 and numeral 5.1.7 of Section IV of General Standard No. 30, both of the Commission for the Financial Market, we inform you, as an essential fact, that with this date the following partial placements of bonds in the local market, dematerialized and bearer, registered in the Securities Registry of the Commission for the Financial Market, under official letter No. 20190002 dated 12/31/2021.
The specific conditions of the placements were as follows:
a) Sub-Series “R1” Bonds of Series “R”, Code BBCIR10922, for a total amount of UF 1,000,000 (one million development units), with a maturity date of March 1, 2028, at an average placement rate of 2.85% (two point eighty-five percent).
b) Sub-Series “R2” bonds of Series “R”, Code BBCIR20922, for a total amount of UF 1,000,000 (one million development units), with a maturity date of September 1, 2028, at an average placement rate of 2.80% (two point eighty percent).
c) Sub-Series “R3” bonds of Series “R”, Code BBCIR30922, for a total amount of UF 550,000 (five hundred and fifty thousand development units), with a maturity date of March 1, 2029, at an average placement rate of 2.75% (two point seventy-five percent).
