Ref.: Essential fact.
Dear Sir or Madam:
By means of the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in accordance with the provisions of letter A.a) of Section II of General Standard No. 486 and numeral 5.1.7 of Section IV of General Standard No. 30, both of the Commission for the Financial Market, we inform you, as an essential fact, that with this date the following placements were made:
a) Two partial placements of bonds in the local market, dematerialized and bearer, registered in the Securities Registry of the Commission for the Financial Market, under official letter No. 105594 dated 12/31/2021.
The specific terms of the placement were as follows:
a.1) Sub-Series “P4” bonds of Series “P”, Code BBCIP41021, for a total amount of UF 300,000 (three hundred thousand development units), with maturity date April 1, 2035, at an average placement rate of 2.63% (two point sixty-three percent).
a.2) Sub-Series “P5” bonds of Series “P”, Code BBCIP51021, for a total amount of UF 3,000,000 (three million development units), with maturity date October 1, 2036, at an average placement rate of 2.63% (two points sixty-three percent).
b) A partial placement of bonds in the local market, dematerialized and bearer, registered in the Securities Registry of the Commission for the Financial Market, under official letter No. 20190002 dated 12/31/2021.
The specific conditions of the placement were the following: Sub-Series “R3” Bonds of Series “R”, Code BBCIR30922, for a total amount of UF 450,000 (four hundred and fifty thousand development units), with maturity date March 1, 2029, at an average placement rate of 2.86% (two point eighty-six percent).
