Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in accordance with the provisions of letter A.a) of Section II of General Standard No. 486 and numeral 5.1.7 of Section IV of General Standard No. 30, both of us from that Commission, we inform you as an essential fact that on this date a partial placement of bonds was made in the local market, dematerialized and bearer, registered in the Securities Registry of that Commission under official letter No. 20190002 dated 12/31/2021.
The specific conditions of the placement were as follows: Sub-Series “Q1” Bonds of Series “Q”, Code BBCIQ10922, for a total amount of $20,000,000,000 (twenty billion pesos), with maturity date March 1, 2025, at an average placement rate of 7.45% (seven point forty-five percent).
