Dear Sir or Madam:
By means of the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in accordance with the provisions of letter A.a) of Section II of General Standard No. 486 and numeral 5.1.7 of Section IV of General Standard No. 30, both of us from that Commission, we inform you as an essential fact that on this date a partial placement of bonds in the local market, dematerialized and bearer, registered in the Securities Registry of that Commission under number 2-4/2019 dated March 23, 2021, was made.
The specific conditions of the placement were the following: Sub-Series “02” Bonds of Series “O”, Code BBCI021220, for a total amount of $15,000,000,000 (fifteen billion pesos), with maturity date December 1, 2026, at an average placement rate of 7.39% (seven point thirty-nine percent).
