Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in accordance with the provisions of letter A.a) of Section II of General Standard No. 486 and numeral 5.1.7 of Section IV of General Standard No. 30, both of that Commission, we inform you as an essential fact that with this date a partial placement of bonds in the local market, dematerialized and bearer, registered in the Securities Registry of that Commission under official letter No. 105594 dated 12/31/2021, was made.
The specific conditions of the placement were the following: Sub-Series “P4” Bonds of Series “P”, Code BBCIP41021, for a total amount of UF 180,000 (one hundred and eighty thousand development units), with maturity date April 1, 2035, at an average placement rate of 3.11% (three point eleven percent).
