Under Article 9? and in the second paragraph of Article 10? of Law No.
18.045 of the Securities Market, in relation to Article 18 of Law N* 20.712 on
Management of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios, finding myself properly
empowered by means of the present communication as an essential fact of the Fund of
Investment Bci Real Estate LMV III (the “Fund”, managed by Bci Asset Management
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administradora””, the following:
At the Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors, held on January 27, 2022,
The following agreements were adopted:
1. The dissolution and early liquidation of the Fund was approved;
2. The appointment of the Administrator as liquidator of the Fund was approved, together with the
terms and conditions of the liquidation process, which materialized in the same act; and
3. The completion of the liquidation, the final account and the balance sheet of the closure of the Fund were approved.
