N*18.045 on the Securities Market, in relation to Article 18 of Law N*20.712 on
Management of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios, finding myself properly
I hereby communicate as an essential fact of the
Inversión Bci Rentas III (the “Fund”), managed by Bci Asset Management
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”) the following:
In the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund, held on this date, were adopted
The following agreements:
1. The dissolution and early liquidation of the Fund was approved;
2. The appointment of the Administrator as liquidator of the Fund was approved, together with the
terms and conditions of the liquidation process, which materialized in the same act; and
3. The completion of the liquidation, the final account and the balance sheet of the closure of the Fund were approved.
