Ref.: Resolutions adopted at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of BCl Asset Management

Mr. President:
In compliance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of the Law
N*18.045 on the Securities Market, and in accordance with the continuous information standards contained therein.
in General Rule No 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market (CMP),
we communicate to you as an Essential Fact, that at the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of BCl
Asset Management Administradora General de Fondos S.A., hereinafter The Company, held
On March 31, the following agreements were adopted:
1.- The Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and Auditors’ Report were approved
External items for the financial year 1 January to 31 December
2021.
2.- It was agreed to pay from accumulated profits of previous years, a dividend for
a total amount of M$ 28,204,000.-
3.- The total renewal of the members of the board of directors was agreed, being elected for a period
of 3 years from the date of the aforementioned meeting, Mr. Gerardo Spoerer Hurtado, Mr.
Abraham Romero Pequeño, don José Isla Valle, don Patricio Romero Leiva, doña Vesna
Mandakovic Pizarro, Mr. Cristián Fabres Ruiz and Mr. Mario Farren Risopatrón.
4.- It was agreed to maintain the remuneration of the Company’s Directors.
5.- The company KPMG Auditores was appointed as External Auditors for the year 2022
Consultants SpA.
6.- The newspaper “El Mostrador” was appointed to carry out the legal publications that must be carried out
the Society.
