Ref.: Essential Facts BANVIDA S.A. Inscription N? 0664 Dividend Proposition.
From our consideration:
By this in accordance with and in compliance with the provisions of articles 9? and 10% subsection
Second of Law N* 18,045, I report the following essential fact regarding the corporation
opened Banvida S.A.
At the ordinary meeting of the board of directors of this company, held on April 19, the
Board of Directors agreed to propose to the next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting convened for the 27th
of April 2023, the distribution of a definitive dividend in the amount of Ch$36,481,498,142,
equivalent to the sum of $22.80 per share charged to 2022 earnings,
in addition to the interim dividend of $16 per share paid in October 2022.
The sum of both amounts is equivalent in its entirety to 56% of the profits of the year of the year
2022, thus complying with the distribution of the mandatory minimum dividend.
Said dividend, if approved by the Meeting, will be paid on May 8, 2023, or on the date
In which it agrees in accordance with the law, to the shareholders registered in the Registry the Fifth
business day prior to the date established for payment.
