From our consideration:
By this in accordance with and in compliance with the provisions of articles 9? and 10% second paragraph
of Law N* 18,045, I report the following essential fact regarding the open corporation Banvida
S.A,
At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors held on September 21, 2022, it was agreed to distribute a
Provisional dividend charged to the profits of the current year, which will be paid in cash for the
Total sum of $25,601,051,328 (twenty-five thousand six hundred one million fifty-one thousand three hundred
twenty-eight pesos), equivalent to $16 per share.
This interim dividend will be paid as of October 12, 2022, according to the instructions
that will be published in a prominent notice in the newspaper El Mercurio de Santiago, next Wednesday 28
of September.
All shareholders duly registered in the
Registration of Shareholders at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date of distribution, and this by the
number of shares registered at that date.
