of Law N? 18.045, I report the following essential fact regarding the public limited company Banvida
S.A.
It is reported that on September 8, 2022, the Company has received to its agreement the payment of a
provisional dividend in money distributed by Consorcio Financiero S.A., equivalent to the total sum of
$ 30,767,611,871, amount paid into the social fund.
Consorcio Financiero S.A. corresponds to the main investment of Banvida S.A.
