By virtue of the provisions of the Securities Market Law and the General Standard SVS
Number 16, I hereby inform that in the 6th extraordinary session of
directory held on June 30, 2022, Mr. Jaime Fernández Labra presented his
resignation from the position of General Manager, effective July 1, 2022. Because of the
previous, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Juan Ignacio San as the new General Manager of the company
Martín Campos, who will assume his new duties on July 1, 2022, remaining in
consequence the position of Investment Manager becomes vacant as of that date.
