of Shareholders of BancoEstado S.A. Administradora General de Fondos
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 on Administration
of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios and Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045
on the Securities Market, being duly empowered by the Board of Directors of
BancoEstado S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Company”), I inform you of the
Next essential fact:
That, at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held today, it was approved and/or taken cognizance of
the following subjects:
1.
The Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and Report of the External Auditors
corresponding to the year ended 31 December 2022.
The destination of the profits of the year ended December 31, 2022.
The appointment of KPMG Auditores Consultores Limitada as an audit firm
external of the Company for the financial year 2023.
The designation of the newspaper for the publication of notices and subpoenas due
carry out the Society.
The renewal of the members of the Board of Directors, remaining from this date
conformed by the Principal Directors Mr. Aubrey Eduardo Robinson Moreno,
Mrs María Soledad Ovando Green, Mr Alexis Nicolás Genskowsky Goic,
Vincent Marie Denis Trouillard-Perrot and ladies Andressa Castro and Véronique Marie
Hautiere-Rey and their respective Alternate Directors Mr. Gonzalo Luis Collarte
Taboada and Carlos René Marcuello Aguirre, Mrs. Gabriela Alejandra Blu Salcedo and
Messrs. Luiz Carlos Di Nizo Sorge, Arnaud Schwebel and Pedro Pablo Montero
