of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios and Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045
on the Securities Market, being duly empowered by the Board of Directors of
BancoEstado S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Company”), I inform you of the
Next essential fact:
That, at the regular meeting of the Board of Directors held on March 28, 2023, it was agreed
summon to the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company for April 25, 2023 at
10:30 am, which will be held at the offices of the Society, located on Calle Nueva
York N* 33, 7th floor, commune of Santiago, in order to treat the matters of his
competition and, among others, proceed with the renewal of the Board of Directors.
