Next essential fact:
That on March 9, 2023, he submitted his resignation for personal reasons Mrs.
Nicole Winkler Sotomayor, in her position as Director and President of the Society, which
became effective from that same date.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of Law No. 18,046 on Companies
Anonymous, until the celebration of the next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, the position will be
exercised by the respective Alternate Director, Mr. Gonzalo Collarte Taboada.
