BancoEstado S.A. General Fund Administrator
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 on
Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios and in Articles 9 and 10
of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, I inform you of the following fact
essential:
That, at the regular meeting of the Board of Directors held on the same date, the directors
took cognizance of the resignations submitted by Mr. David Vaillant to his
position of Director and Vice-President of the Company and by Mr. Stéphane Rouillon
to His position as alternate director of the Society.
As a result of the above, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr.
Vaillant, as of the same date, to Madame Véronique Marie Hautiere-Rey as
titular director of the Company until the next Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders, in accordance with the provisions of current regulations. It is also
agreed to appoint Mr.
Vincent Trouillard-Perrot, Director of the Society.
