Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 on
Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios and in Articles 9 and 10
of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, I inform you of the following fact
essential:
That as of November 1, 2022, Mrs. Solange Sanzana Pinedo will assume
the position of Assistant Retail Manager. Mrs. Sanzana has more than 22 years of
experience in the local financial market and to date serves as Chief
Metropolitan Zonal of the Society.
Also, from the indicated date, Mrs. Aida Sánchez Tapia will assume the position
of Deputy Wholesale Manager. Ms. Sánchez has more than 16 years of experience
in the local financial market and to date serves as Head of the Bureau of
Money from BancoEstado.
Finally, also from November 1, 2022, Mr. Daniel Reyes
Ariz will assume the position of Deputy Investment Manager. Mr. Reyes has more than 15
years of experience in managing financial assets in local markets and
international and to date serves as Chief Investment Officer of the Company.
