That in a special session held today, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint
as General Manager of the Company Mr. Jaime Andrés Fernández Labra, who
It will begin to exercise its functions as of July 1, 2022.
As a consequence of the above, Mr. Felipe Banse Recordon, who occupies said
Position as subrogant since May 31, 2022, will resume his
functions as Financial Control Manager as of July 1, 2022.
