The following essential fact:
That, on May 30, 2022, the Chairman of the Board of Directors became aware of the
resignation presented by the General Manager, Mr. Max Goldsmid Pendler, which will be made
effective as of this same date.
As a result of the above, as of May 31, 2022, according to the order of
surrogacy established in the Society, Mr. Felipe Banse Recordon, who to date
holds the position of Financial Control Manager will assume the functions of General Manager
as subrogant.
