That in a regular meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 27, 2022, it proceeded
to appoint the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of BancoEstado
S.A. General Administrator of Funds, being elected Mr. Leopoldo Emilio
Quintano Hartard and David Guy Thomas Vaillant, respectively.
