In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 on Administration
of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios and Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045
on the Securities Market, being duly empowered by the Board of Directors of
BancoEstado S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Company”), I inform you of the
Next essential fact:
That at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 26, 2022, it was approved
and/or became aware of the following matters:
1.
The Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and Report of the External Auditors
corresponding to the year ended 31 December 2021.
The destination of the profits of the year ended December 31, 2021.
The appointment of KPMG Auditores Consultores SpA as an audit firm
external of the Company for the financial year 2022.
The designation of the newspaper for the publication of notices and subpoenas due
carry out the Society.
The renewal of the members of the Board of Directors, remaining from this date
formed by the Principal Directors Mr. Leopoldo Emilio Quintano Hartard,
Marcelo Hiriart Vergara, Marcelo Iván García Nannig, David Guy Thomas Vaillant,
Vincent Marie Denis Trouillard-Perrot and Andressa Monteiro de Castro Souza Campos and
their respective Alternate Directors Gonzalo Luis Collarte Taboada, Alvaro
Larraín Fierro, Víctor Ernesto Coddou Braga, Stephane Rouillon, Luiz Di Nizo Sorge and
Arnaud Schwebel.
