PINE RAISES US$100 MILLION IN SYNDICATED LOAN
Sáo Paulo, September 30, 2013 – PINE (BMS:FBOVESPA: PINE4), a wholesale bank focused on establishing and
maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients and investors, informs that on September 27
concluded a transaction of syndicated loan in the total amount of US$100 million, with a 2-year term.
This is PINE’s first syndicated loan with the exclusive participation of commercial banks, being 8 foreigners and
one local, Banco Votorantim. Wells Fargo Bank and Votorantim acted as bookrunners. The loan is focused on
trade finance transactions.
This transaction reinforces PINE’s commitment to the continuous diversification of its funding, to the growth of
its franchise and to strengthen its long-term relationships with customers.
