ALIENACÁO DE PARTICIPACÁO RELEVANTE
Sáo Paulo, 01 de abril de 2013 – O PINE (BM€FBOVESPA: PINE4), banco de atacado focado no
relacionamento de longo prazo com empresas de grande porte e investidores, em cumprimento ao artigo
12 da Instrugáo CVM n2 358/02, comunica aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral que recebeu da FMR
LLC. (Fidelity Investments), com sede em 82 Devonshire Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02109, nos Estados
Unidos, a informacáo de que:
i Fundos administrados pela FMR passaram a deter o total de 2.255.578 acóes preferenciais de
emissáo do Banco PINE;
li. Esse total corresponde a 4,80%do total de acóes preferenciais de emissáo do Banco PINE;
iii. A participacáo náo objetiva alterar a composicáo do controle ou a estrutura administrativa do
Banco PINE;
iv. – Nenhum de seus fundos possui debéntures conversíveis em acóes de emissáo do Banco PINE;
v. Inexiste qualquer acordo ou contrato regulando o exercício do direito de voto ou a compra e venda
de valores mobiliários de emissáo do Banco PINE.

NOTICE TO THE MARKET
SALE OF MATERIAL INTEREST
Sáo Paulo, April 1*, 2013 – PINE (BMS.FBOVESPA: PINE4), a wholesale bank focused on establishing and
maintaining long-term relationships with large corporate clients and investors, pursuant to article 12 of
CVM Instruction 358/02, hereby announces its shareholders and the market that it received from FMR LLC.
(Fidelity Investments), headquartered at 82 Devonshire Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02109, United
States, the following information:
i. FMR LLC holds, on behalf of the separate accounts and funds for which it acts as investment
manager, 2,255,578 preferred shares of Banco PINE;
ii. This total represents a 4.80%interest in the preferred shares issued by Banco PINE;
iii. The participation does not have the objective of changing the controlling group or the
administrative structure of Banco PINE;
iv. None of its funds hold any convertible debentures issued by the Bank;
v. There is not any agreement regarding the exercise of voting rights or the purchase and sale of
securities issued by Banco PINE.
