De acuerdo a lo establecido en el artículo 9 y 10% de la Ley N* 18.045 sobre Mercado de Valores, a lo dispuesto en el Capítulo 18-10 de la Recopilación Actualizada de Normas de la Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF) y a lo dispuesto en el numeral 5.1.7 de la Sección IV de la Norma de Carácter General N* 30 de la CMF, comunicamos a Usted que, con esta fecha Banco Itaú Chile efectuó una colocación de bonos en el mercado local, desmaterializados y al portador, con cargo a la Línea de Bonos inscrita en el Registro de Valores de la CMF, bajo el N* 32022.
Las condiciones específicas de las colocaciones efectuadas fueron las siguientes:

From time to time, Legal Administracion (we, us or Company) may be required by law to provide to you certain written notices or disclosures.
