In accordance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 on the

(“Administrator”), duly authorized by its Board of Directors, communicates to you the following
Essential fact:
At the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 29, 2022, among others,
The following agreements were adopted:
1. The Annual Report, the Balance Sheet, Financial Statements with their
notes and the Report of the External Audit Company, corresponding to the year
between January 1 and December 31, 2021;
2. The Administrator’s dividend policy for the next financial year was set for
annual distribution of 30% of net profits;
3. Deloitte was appointed as an external audit firm for the year
2022;
4. Were elected as Directors of the Administrator for the period 2022 – 2025,
Javier Barrenechea Parra, Hernán Cerda Jaramillo, Christian Misle Jano,
Eugenio Fernández Cuellar, and Ezequiel Iturain Campanile; and
5. It was approved not to distribute dividends charged to the profits of the year
2021.
