In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the
Values and Chapter 18-10 of the Commission’s Updated Compilation of Standards for the
Financial Market, the following is reported:
By press release of the Ministry of Finance, dated April 26 of this year,
H.E. the President of the Republic, Mr. Gabriel Boric Font, has appointed as President of the
Banco del Estado de Chile to Mrs. Jessica López Saffie and as Vice President to Mr. Daniel
Hojman Trujillo. Likewise, H.E. the President of the Republic has appointed as Councillors of the
Banco del Estado de Chile to Mrs. Tamara Agnic Martínez, Mrs. Jeannette von Wolfersdorf,
Mr. Enrique Román González and Mr. Pablo Zamora Cantillana.
