In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the
Values and Chapter 18-10 of the Commission’s Updated Compilation of Standards for the
Financial Market, the following is reported:
By letter sent by Mrs. Susana Jiménez Schuster to the Minister of Finance, Mr.
Mario Marcel Cullell, who, through him, sent to H.E. the President of the Republic, his
resignation on 11 April 2022 for personal reasons from the position of member of the Board
Director, Banco del Estado de Chile.
